Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://electrolysisskincheshire.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Electrolysis by Naz reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Electrolysis by Naz markets and arranges Waxing Services, Electrolysis. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Electrolysis by Naz or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Electrolysis by Naz reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Electrolysis by Naz makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Electrolysis by Naz's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Electrolysis by Naz in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Electrolysis by Naz from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Choice of Law. CT law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CT, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Term Changes. Electrolysis by Naz may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
